Joaquín Lloréns is specialized in real estate, covering a wide range of areas such as the sale and acquisition of real estate assets (shopping centres, office buildings, logistic parks, hotels, etc.) and real estate companies; lease of real estate properties (finished, under construction, turn key agreements, etc.); sale & lease back; real estate financing and construction contracts. He has also expertise in Litigation and EU law.
Prior to joining sdh, he worked in the Real Estate department of King & Wood Mallesons in Madrid, with a secondment in the EU and Competition law department in the office of Brussels.
Joaquín holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration (“Administración y Dirección de Empresas”) from ICADE Comillas University of Madrid. He also holds a Master´s degree for Access to the Legal Profession from ICADE Comillas University of Madrid.
Insud Pharma, on the due diligence and acquisition of commercial premises in Madrid leased to Primaprix from Domus Capital.
KanAm, on the refinancing of its previous acquisition of Amazon’s HHQQ with a € 34 million loan granted by Helaba (Hesse Thüringen Landesbank).

- on the due diligence of a 8,000 sqm large building located in C/ Francisco Gervás (Madrid) and let to the Autonomous Community of Madrid and an appr. € 50 million mortgage secured loan to the Korean fund Kiwoom for its acquisition via share deal.
- on the due diligence of two office buildings with appr. 10,500 sqm in total located in Via Augusta and Via Laietana (Barcelona) and let to several tenants, and an appr. € 26.4 million mortgage secured loan to Heliotrope for its acquisition.
Silicius. Advise on the acquisition of several real estate residential assets in premium zones, including the purchase of 4 buildings in Madrid.
Testa Residencial SOCIMI. Advise on a capital increase through the contribution of a 3,300 residential unit portfolio valued at €665 million provided by Banco Santander, BBVA y Banco Popular.
McDonalds. Advise on the acquisition, lease and / or execution of surface rights over plots of land for the construction of restaurants.
Leroy Merlin. Advise on the acquisition of several plot of lands for the development of shopping centres and retail parks.
Valencia Club de Fútbol. Advise on all its day-to-day real estate matters, including the sale of the plot of lands of its stadium Old Mestalla.
Generali Real Estate. Advise on several sales and acquisitions of real estate assets.
