Ángel Valverde is specialized in taxation (with a special emphasis on tax structuring of joint ventures involving foreign investors and on real estate taxation, including the related litigation). He has also acknowledged expertise of more than 20 years in corporate and mercantile law. He frequently speaks at conferences and different forums on these topics. Prior to joining sdh Angel Valverde worked many years at Cuatrecasas.
He holds a J.D. from the University Complutense of Madrid and a LLM in tax law from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) of Madrid.
